Release & Reconnect

April 22 - 27, 2027

Ochi Rios, Jamaica

A 6-day yoga and somatic retreat in Ochi Rios, Jamaica for the high-performing woman ready to release survival tension, reconnect with her body, and remember she was never meant to earn her rest

Sunset over the ocean with orange and yellow sky, framed by silhouetted plants and rocks in the foreground.

Imagine six days immersed in an island sanctuary — where lush gardens meet the unrushed shore, and an intimate group of women who get it holds the space with you.

Not the version of you that's always producing. Not the one who's holding it together for everyone else. The one underneath — the one who remembers how to rest, how to feel, how to simply be.

This is Release & Reconnect: five nights in Ochi Rios, Jamaica, built for the ambitious, high-performing woman whose energy has been leaking into survival mode for far too long.

You've done everything right. You've held it all together. Polished. Driven. The one everyone calls "so strong."

And privately? You're carrying an exhaustion no weekend can reach.

Burnout is not your birthright. Survival tension was never the deal you signed.

Two things can be true at the same time. You can be ambitious and depleted. You can love your life and need somewhere to finally exhale.

That place exists. It's this ResYes retreat.

This is more than a retreat. It's a return — to grounded presence, to purpose, to your path.

Come home to yourself

You get to choose.

You get to reclaim your natural rhythm!

Rest is not the opposite of output. Rest is the root of it.

Rest is not the opposite of output. Rest is the root of it.

We begin with rest because a regulated nervous system creates the safety to reconnect with yourself. From that place of remembering, you can respond to life — not from survival, not from performance, but from alignment.

You're ready to stop earning your rest and start reclaiming it. This isn't a productivity retreat. It's not about becoming someone new. It's about returning to who you already are, underneath everything you've been carrying.

You already carry the wisdom of the women who came before you — this retreat is space to remember it, not a program to hand you a new self.

Each room is priced individually — private rest matters on its own terms, and you shouldn't have to share to receive it.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Meet Your Facilitator

I’m Jahdea

I moved to the US with two degrees, no solid plan, and a bag full of courage.

Yoga found this Yardie in 2020 — right when I was quietly falling apart — and became my most powerful pathway back to myself.

What began as personal healing transformed into a calling.

I'm Jahdea Kedeche — a Jamaican-born yogi, holistic wellness practitioner, health navigator and the founder of ResYes Yoga & Wellness. In 2024 I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, and I now build my work at the intersection of yoga, nervous system science, and ancestral healing.

I help high-performing women — with particular reverence for Black women — release survival tension, reclaim rest, and remember that rest is the root of their resilience.

Strength with softness. Movement with intention. Rest as resistance.

This is ResYes. A wellness-powered revolution.

What Makes ResYes Different

Imagine six days immersed in an island sanctuary — lush gardens, ocean views from the hills of Ocho Rios, and an intimate group of women who get it. Locally led. A private villa, not a resort — designed entirely for your wellbeing.

You have permission to release — to remember you were never meant to survive your reality.

You get to decide. You get to reclaim, rewrite, remember. You get to name it.

This is not a vacation. It's a return.

But... Let's Talk About It

〰️

But... Let's Talk About It 〰️

“This is selfish”

— Brain of a High Performing Woman
Your rest is ancestral work. You're not resting for yourself alone — you're resting for every woman in your line who never could. Some of the grip isn't yours. Releasing it is the most generous thing you'll ever do.

“I don't have time to rest.”

— Brain of a High Performing Woman
You don't have time not to. Every hour you spend running on empty costs you more than the hour it would
take to recover. Survival tension is already taxing your time — you just can't see the receipt.

“I can't afford to.”

— Brain of a High Performing Woman
Your children, your partner, your team — they cannot afford for you not to. They've been receiving the
depleted version of you for years.
Imagine what they receive when you pour from a full cup.
